Description of the Memecoin Stroopwafel $WAFEL on BASE

First of all : Stroopwafel $WAFEL is an art project by Rutger van der Tas.

Van der Tas created this project in response to the Memecoin Frenzy currently taking over the crypto art space. He designed this memecoin starter package for a collector who can choose to either rug pull the liquidity from the creator’s address or contribute it to the $ETH-$WAFEL Liquidity Pool to grow the project.

This project isn’t Van der Tas’s first foray into meme-related art. In 2023, he launched absolution.art, an art project influenced by the price rise of $PEPE. The concept explores how money invested in memecoins impacts the art world, with the artwork losing layers as $PEPE’s price rises. Earlier, in 2021, he introduced LookingForSatoshi.io, an art project centered around a painted portrait of Satoshi Nakamoto.

Van de Tas made the tokencontract, website, Twitter account, and Telegram group for the project.

The buyer will become the owner of all these assets, including the project’s logo. Upon acquiring the project, the new owner will receive the keys to the Stroopwafel Kingdom. Rutger will transfer ownership of the contract to the buyer, along with the Twitter account, Telegram setup, and all created visuals, such as the logo, banner, and some meme images, as a starter pack.

Additionally, the new owner will receive 0.4 ETH, which can be used to add liquidity to the Uniswap pool to kickstart trading.

The collector will receive 412,169,036,441,380.59958 $WAFEL in their wallet, representing 97.9745% of the total supply.

The contract itself holds 8,392,765,499,999.999999999341873446 $WAFEL, which is 1.9950% of the total supply.

This means the collector will own 99.9695% of the total supply. The remaining 0.0305% is held in the wallets of bots that scooped up small amounts after Rutger tested and deployed the Liquidity Pool on Uniswap. Rutger later withdrew the liquidity, which is now held in the creator’s wallet.
